Shipping

Plants are shipped to all 50 States and territories of the USA as well as Puerto Rico. Our shipping days are Mondays-Wednesdays. Plants are shipped un-potted with their roots wrapped in sphagnum moss unless otherwise indicated. Shipping options include USPS or UPS. Your order tracking information will be emailed to you upon label creation.

We typically ship 1-3 business days after an order is placed. During times of the year with higher order volume, it may take slightly longer. We attempt to avoid situations where packages may sit in prolonged storage over the weekend. If for any reason including but not limited to weather, carrier shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances we may ship your plant the following week. Our #1 goal is to have a healthy plant and a happy customer.
